VISIONARY-CORPORATIONS S.A.S.

1. Nature of the Service

The tourism programs and promotional plans offered by VISIONARY-CORPORATIONS S.A.S. are personalized, non-transferable services, and are marketed under the principle of informed purchase and express acceptance of the conditions. The company acts as a travel agency that sells national and international tour packages and is subject to their respective policies on availability, reservations, validity, and conditions of use.


2. Applied Technical Principles

The sales and returns policy of VISIONARY-CORPORATIONS S.A.S. is based on the following technical and commercial principles:


Contractual Clarity and Transparency: Each client voluntarily accepts the terms and conditions of the service before making any payment.


Advance Planning of Use: The programs are purchased with sufficient time for personal and family planning, which is why they are not considered products for immediate consumption.


Blocking of Slots and Prior Commercial Commitments: The purchase of the programs generates immediate financial obligations to third parties (hotels, operators, carriers), which makes their subsequent reversal unfeasible.


Personalization and Exclusivity: Most plans are subject to prior reservation in the name of the buyer or the registered family group, and are not transferable or exchangeable.


Digital Connectivity for Information Delivery: All documents, policies, conditions, annexes, and updates are available in digital format on the company's official website and are also delivered to the email address registered by the user under the principle of transparency and publicity of information.


Program Activation: "Program Activation" shall be understood as the moment when the participant, client, or beneficiary, or VISIONARY-CORPORATIONS S.A.S., performs any action that implies the assignment, reservation, or partial or total use of the services included in the contracted program, such as, but not limited to:


the selection or redemption of nights or benefits,


the confirmation of dates of use by the client,


the request or processing of reservations for accommodation or services,


the submission of forms, emails, or other documents that allow the program to be executed,


or any effective use of benefits included in the package.

Likewise, activation shall also be considered to have occurred if VISIONARY-CORPORATIONS S.A.S., as the contracting party, executes any administrative or logistical action that implies the preparation or allocation of resources for the fulfillment of the program, such as:


the issuance of service or reservation orders in favor of the client,


the assignment of nights or accommodation slots in the system,


the issuance of certificates, access credentials, or usage keys,


or the initiation of any logistical or contractual management that leads to the execution of the program.


3. Marketing Terms and Conditions

The client acknowledges having been duly informed about the characteristics of the contracted program, its content, duration, conditions of use, and applicable restrictions.


The purchase of a program is equivalent to the voluntary and informed acceptance of these conditions, including the limitation or exclusion of refunds.


The programs are subject to availability and clearly indicated validity dates. Availability is not guaranteed if the client does not make reservations in advance.


Under no circumstances does the purchase of a program imply an obligation to travel on fixed dates imposed by the company. The client is responsible for planning and executing their experience within the established timeframes.


Payments made do not entitle the holder to a refund, except for the exceptions described below.


4. Sole Refund Policy

VISIONARY-CORPORATIONS S.A.S. does not issue monetary refunds except in the following cases, which will be analyzed and validated by the Customer Service Committee based on supporting documentation:


An unintentional error attributable to the company (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect billing amounts).


Supervening impossibility of providing the service, exclusively if it is attributable to the company and not to the tour operator or to a fortuitous event or force majeure.


Voluntary withdrawal within 5 days of purchase, only if the program has not been reserved or activated within 5 days of purchase.


The following will NOT be considered valid reasons for a refund:


A change of mind by the buyer.


Subsequent lack of interest in the program.


Personal or family reasons that prevent travel.


Lack of availability due to not making a reservation in advance.


Dissatisfaction with external providers not directly contracted by the company.


5. Procedure for Refund Requests

In the exceptional cases indicated, the client may send a written request to the company's official email address, attaching:


A copy of the proof of purchase.


A copy of the holder's identification document.


A detailed and verifiable justification for the reason for the request.


The Customer Service Committee will evaluate the case within a period of up to 15 business days and will issue a reasoned response. If approved, the refund will be made within a period of up to 30 days, only to the registered holder's bank account.


6. Final Provisions

This policy is an integral part of the terms and conditions of engagement for all programs marketed by VISIONARY-CORPORATIONS S.A.S.

Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with Ecuadorian legislation and may be submitted to mediation or arbitration if the parties so agree.
